Policies

At Secret Garden Wedding, we are dedicated to ensuring a delightful experience for all our guests.

To maintain the safety, serenity, and ambiance of our venue, we have implemented the following policies:

Reservations and Scheduling:

  • Reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis, secured with a non-refundable payment.

  • For date changes, efforts will be made to adjust; any non-transferable or non-refundable fees fall on the client.

  • In cases of cancellations, notify us immediately in writing; a tiered fee based on notice period applies.

  • Force Majeure: In uncontrollable circumstances, events may be rescheduled or credits transferred without refunds.

Venue Guidelines:

  • The ambiance of the venue should be respected; loud noises and music are restricted.

  • Event end time: midnight. Music volume is reduced by 11 PM and stops at 11:55 PM. Guests should leave by midnight, with cleanup finalized by 12:30 AM.

  • Restore the venue to its original state after events, including trash and decoration removal.

Vendor and Equipment Policies:

Alcohol and Conduct:

  • Alcohol sales are forbidden. Serving ends by 11:45 PM and is only conducted by Secret Garden staff.

  • Serving individual shots are prohibited.

  • Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be escorted out.

  • Vehicles can't remain overnight; ensure transportation arrangements.

Safety and Liability:

  • Fireworks are not allowed for the safety and serenity of the venue.

  • We aren't liable for damages or losses. Clients are billed for damages caused by their party or contractors.

  • Clients must hold Secret Garden harmless from any claims or liabilities.

  • Liability insurance is maintained by Secret Garden, and client's third-party vendors should have their own.

Additional Provisions:

  • Smoking is prohibited within specific areas like the barn and tents.

  • Secret Garden provides amenities such as tables, chairs, and lighting as part of the rental.
